Qatar Intercepts Iranian Drone Attack on Al Udeid Air Base

Qatar's defense ministry announced the successful interception of a drone assault targeting Al Udeid Air Base, the largest U.S. military installation in the Middle East, according to Reuters. The attempted strike is part of Iran's ongoing campaign of drone and missile attacks against American military positions across the Gulf following joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iranian leadership and nuclear sites that began Feb. 28.
