Iran Rejects Ceasefire, Vows Ground Invasion Response as Trump Demands Unconditional Surrender
President Trump declared there will be no deal with Iran except unconditional surrender, while Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi flatly rejected ceasefire proposals and stated Iran is fully prepared for a potential U.S. ground invasion. Araghchi vowed a decisive response to any escalation, as Israel continued to strike Iranian and Lebanese targets following a week of intensive U.S.-Israeli bombardment that degraded an estimated 90 percent of Iran ballistic missile capability. The White House clarified that unconditional surrender means Iran can no longer pose a military threat, not a formal capitulation.
