Antisemitic Speaker Featured at NYC Public College Amid Conflict

John Jay College Muslim Student Association hosted Sheikh Abdelraham Badawy on Thursday despite the speaker having recently shared antisemitic content online. Badawy had posted videos mocking the Holocaust, promoted conspiracy theories from far-right figures, and made claims about Jewish ritualistic killings and weather control. The college said student-organized events do not reflect its views and affirmed its commitment to open dialogue and academic freedom.
